Israeli Drone Helps Protect U.S. Air Force Base

(Military.com) Oriana Pawlyk - Security forces at Travis Air Force Base in California received their first drone in December made by Israel's Easy Aerial to conduct perimeter security for the 6,000-acre facility. The drone is signaled by a security trigger, such as a fence alarm, fire alarm or other distress call. It can deploy automatically, scour the area, relay a potential threat to base security, and then head back to recharge.
