(Jerusalem Post) Palestinians placed explosives by the Qalandiya Crossing north of Jerusalem and by Rachel's Tomb south of the capital on Friday night, the Israel Border Police reported. Two Palestinians who placed explosives next to the crossing were arrested, as was the Palestinian who placed the explosive near Rachel's Tomb.
