(Washington Post) Annie Linskey - President-elect Joe Biden has selected Antony Blinken to be his secretary of state. Blinken, 58, who is Jewish, was President Bill Clinton's chief foreign policy speechwriter and was deputy national security adviser and deputy secretary of state in the Obama administration.
