(Times of Israel) Aaron Boxerman - Israel Defense Forces soldiers opened fire on a Palestinian about to throw a firebomb at Rachel's Tomb near Bethlehem in the West Bank after midnight Sunday. The Palestinian news agency WAFA said an 18-year-old was shot in the leg.
