(Times of Israel) Israeli soldiers arrested three Palestinians in Jalazone, north of Ramallah, who were planning to carry out a terror attack on a Jewish community in the West Bank, the IDF said Saturday. They had planned to hurl an explosive device from their vehicle toward the community of Beit-El, as well as attempt a drive-by shooting.
