(Times of Israel) A senior Palestinian official said that the PA is threatening not to pay its civil servants in the West Bank and Gaza next month in an attempt to pressure Israel to abandon its plans to apply Israeli law in parts of the West Bank, Israel's Channel 11 reported Wednesday.
