Microsoft to Buy Israel's CyberX for $165 Million

(Globes) Omri Zerachovitz - Microsoft Corp. is set to acquire Israeli cybersecurity company CyberX for $165 million, according to sources close to the talks. CyberX, founded in 2013 by veterans of Israel's elite cyber security unit, is headquartered in Boston. The company is engaged in Internet of Things (IoT) cybersecurity for command and control systems for industry.
