(AP) Llazar Semini - Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama on Monday hailed the work of Israeli engineers who are among scores of foreign experts helping to determine whether buildings left standing in the aftermath of a devastating earthquake can still be inhabited. "They are from Israel and they are No. 1," Rama told a resident who was hesitant to enter a building.
