(JTA) Marcy Oster - 240 Congress members have signed on to a bipartisan letter to the UN secretary-general calling for an international effort to limit the Hizbullah terror group. The letter was authored by Reps. Elaine Luria (D-VA), Lee Zeldin (R-NY), Haley Stevens (D-MI) and Michael Waltz (R-FL).
