(AP-Military Times) Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said Tuesday that Syrian Kurdish fighters have completed their withdrawal from areas along the Syrian border, in line with a recent Russia-Turkey deal. He said Russian and Syrian troops have moved into the border zone following the Kurdish withdrawal.
