Saudi Energy Minister Says Half of Crude Oil Production Restored after Attack

(AP-TIME) Saudi Arabia's energy minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said Tuesday that 50% of the production cut by the attack on its oil processing plant has been restored. The prince added that production capacity will be up to 11 million barrels per day by the end of September. It had been around 9.6 million barrels per day before the attack.
