Video: 8,000 Celebrate Israel's Valentine's Day with Mass Singing

(Koolulam-YouTube) Koolulam is an Israeli social-musical initiative begun two years ago, meant to bring together people from all walks of life, to simply stop everything for a few hours and just sing - together. On August 15, 2019, 8,000 people came together at the Latrun amphitheater on Tu B'Av, a minor Jewish holiday similar to Valentine's Day. The event took place thanks to one newlywed couple, Yariv and Elinore, who after participating in other Koolulam events, decided to fund a mass singing event instead of a traditional wedding celebration.
