(JTA) Marcy Oster - Anne Neuberger of Baltimore, an assistant deputy director at the National Security Agency who has worked there for the past decade and helped establish the U.S. Cyber Command, has been tapped to head the NSA's new Cybersecurity Directorate. Neuberger, 43, also known as Chani, is an Orthodox Jewish woman originally from the Brooklyn neighborhood of Borough Park.
