(JTA) David Lazarus - Canadian Jews were the most targeted minority group for hate crimes in the country for the third straight year, Statistics Canada reported Monday, though the number of incidents dropped to 345 in 2018 from 360 in 2017. Hate crimes against blacks (283) and Muslims (174) saw more significant declines.
