(Jerusalem Post) Rebecca Araten - Dr. Samer Haj Yehia, 48, has been appointed chairman of Bank Leumi, Israel's oldest bank. Haj Yehia earned his PhD in economics at MIT and has been a director of Bank Leumi for five years.
