(Jerusalem Post) Herb Keinon - Israel on Monday summoned France's ambassador to Israel, Helene Le Gal, to the Foreign Ministry to protest comments by outgoing French Ambassador to the U.S. Gerard Araud, who called Israel an apartheid state. Israeli officials have been instructed not to meet Araud, who served in the past as France's ambassador to Israel.
