(Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs) Prof. Asa Kasher and Fiamma Nirenstein - Germany and Spain are currently spending billions of dollars on absorbing new migrants. Yet this money would be much better spent on creating new cities, employment opportunities, factories, schools, hospitals, and other facilities to make life easier in the native countries of these migrants.
