(AFP) South African President Cyril Ramaphosa told parliament on Thursday his country is planning to downgrade its embassy in Israel, implementing a decision by the ruling African National Congress (ANC). In December 2017, the ANC decided to downgrade its diplomatic mission in Tel Aviv to a liaison office.
