(Jerusalem Post) Greer Fay Cashman - 12 doctoral students at Israeli universities received grants of NIS 150,000 each on Tuesday, funded by the bequests department at the Justice Ministry, at a ceremony at the President's Residence in Jerusalem. There are many Jews and non-Jews who make bequests or leave part or all of their estate to the State of Israel.
