(Deutsche Welle-Germany) Germany, France and the UK have set up a transaction channel with Iran to facilitate trade despite U.S. sanctions, German public broadcaster NDR reported Thursday. The Paris-based channel, called INSTEX - Instrument in Support of Trade Exchanges, will allow European businesses to trade with Iran.
