(Jerusalem Post) Khaled Abu Toameh - Qatar on Saturday began disbursing financial aid to thousands of families in Gaza via post offices after Hamas announced Thursday its refusal to receive the funds via Israel. At least 50,000 families will receive $400 in four installments.
