(Jane's Defence Weekly) Yaakov Lappin and Nicholas Fiorenza - Finland is ordering ELM-2311 Compact Multi-Mission Radars from Israel Aerospace Industries, the Finnish Ministry of Defence announced on Jan. 11. They will be used for detecting artillery, mortars or rockets, as well as for fire observation and air surveillance.
