[AP/International Herald Tribune] Palestinians in Balata, a Hamas stronghold in the West Bank city of Nablus, opened fire Sunday at the car of the PA governor of the Nablus region, Jamal Muhaisen, wounding four people. Muhaisen ran into a house to take cover while local residents set his car on fire.
