(Axios) Barak Ravid - The Trump administration has demanded that the Palestinian Authority release Palestinian-U.S. citizen Isaam Akel who is currently being held in Ramallah. Akel was arrested two months ago for allegedly selling real estate in eastern Jerusalem to Jews. U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman tweeted Wednesday: "Akel's incarceration is antithetical to the values of the US & to all who advocate the cause of peaceful coexistence. We demand his immediate release."
