(Jerusalem Post) Anna Ahronheim - Israel Aerospace Industries has developed a robotic scout that can locate and destroy improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and mines before troops reach them, IAI announced on Sunday. The system combines a number of different detection devices capable of finding explosives on and under surfaces, and the capability to neutralize them.
