(New York Times) Elian Peltier and Alissa J. Rubin - A man armed with a knife and shouting "Allahu akbar" killed one person and wounded four, two of them seriously, in an attack near the Paris Opera, according to French police. Islamic State claimed the attacker as its "soldier," while President Emmanuel Macron called the assailant, who was killed by police, a "terrorist."
