(Ha'aretz) Revital Hovel - Attorney Sawsan Elkassem, 49, was appointed to the Haifa Labor Court on Thursday by Israel's Judicial Appointments Committee, the first Druze woman to be appointed as a judge. She is currently a senior deputy to the National Insurance Institute's legal adviser.
