(Times of Israel) A U.S. official told Israel Channel 10 TV, "We've made it clear to Israel that we are not pulling out of Syria, we are staying there until the end of the civil war," the station reported Saturday. "The ceasefire agreement is the first stage. We will try to widen the buffer zone and push the Iranians back, 20 km. (12 miles) at first, and later perhaps as far as Damascus."
