Indian Navy Chief Pays Tribute to Indian Soldiers Who Liberated Haifa in WWI

(Press Trust of India) Indian Navy Chief Admiral Sunil Lanba on Wednesday paid tribute to the Indian soldiers buried in a cemetery in Haifa, Israel. Haifa was liberated by the Indian Army's Mysore and Jodhpur Lancers on September 23, 1918, in a famous cavalry charge.
