[Ynet News] Ali Waked - A new diplomatic proposal submitted by the U.S. seeks to reach a general Israel-PA agreement on principles by the end of the year that would not include reference to Jerusalem or Palestinian refugees, a Palestinian source said. According to the proposal, the agreement would be a temporary one - valid for five years - during which the PA would be granted some municipal sovereignty in Jerusalem and would be allowed to provide various services to the Palestinian residents of the city.
