(New Indian Express) Hemant Kumar Rout - India on Thursday successfully tested the Israeli-made, quick reaction, surface-to-air Python and Derby (Spyder) air defense system, firing three missiles that hit unmanned pilotless target aircraft over three days. The state-of-the-art missile has a strike range of 15 km. and can destroy aircraft, UAVs, and cruise missiles.
