Palestinians Convicted of Killing U.S. Tourist in Israel Charged in U.S.

(AP-New York Daily News) Two Palestinian men convicted in Israel of murdering a U.S. citizen there could face charges in the U.S. if they're ever released from an Israeli prison. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia said Thursday that Ayad Fatafta and Kifah Ghanimat face federal charges of murdering a U.S. national outside the U.S. for the 2010 murder of tourist Kristine Luken, 44.
