(Xinhua-China) The Chinese representative office to Palestine and the Ramallah municipality signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Saturday to build a ring road connecting the expanding neighborhoods of the West Bank city. Ramallah Mayor Mousa Hadid said China will provide a grant of $8,320,000, of which $7.7 million will be used for road construction.
