(Jerusalem Post) Herb Keinon and Tovah Lazaroff - Israel's security cabinet approved the establishment of a new settlement in the West Bank near Shiloh on Thursday for 40 families evacuated last month from Amona by court order. This is the first time the government has sanctioned a new settlement in 25 years.
