(Globes) Israeli defense electronics company Elbit Systems announced on Jan. 17 that it will supply its ground-breaking BrightNite system to an air force in a NATO country for $17 million. BrightNite delivers a crystal clear visual of the landscape, flight data and mission data directly to both eyes of a helicopter pilot in pitch dark and low visibility landing conditions.
