(Telegraph-UK) Editorial - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday set out the terms for what a new Israeli-Palestinian peace deal might look like. In normal times this would have been a profound and dramatic intervention, setting the agenda possibly for years to come. But in just 22 days Kerry and Barack Obama will be out of a job and the administration of Donald Trump - already tweeting his disagreement and disapproval - will take over. As a result, Mr. Kerry's intervention may have been in earnest, but parting shots from lame duck administrations change little.
