(AP-ABC News) Dominique Soguel - Twin car-and-suicide bombings targeted security forces outside Istanbul's Besiktas soccer stadium on Saturday night, killing 38 people, 30 of them police, and wounding 155. The blasts were claimed by the Kurdistan Freedom Falcons (TAK), who said two of its members "were heroically martyred in the attack."
