(Jerusalem Post) Herb Keinon - A who's who of world leaders will descend on Israel beginning on Thursday to attend the funeral of Shimon Peres, who will be buried in a state ceremony Friday on Mount Herzl in the section of the cemetery reserved for the Great Leaders of the Nation. His body will first lie in state in the Knesset plaza on Thursday to allow the public to pay their last respects.
