(Times of Israel) Dov Lieber - The Palestinian high court in Ramallah in the West Bank on Thursday postponed Palestinian municipal elections set for Oct. 8 following disputes between Fatah and Hamas over candidate lists. Earlier on Thursday, a court in Gaza invalidated five electoral lists belonging to Fatah.
