(Jerusalem Post) Yaakov Lappin - Aknaf Beit al-Makdis, a Gaza-based jihadist group claiming affiliation with Islamic State, took responsibility Saturday for a rocket fired on Friday night that struck a kindergarten in the Israeli town of Sderot, severely damaging the building which was empty at the time.
