(Ma'an News-PA) Palestinian security officers clashed with masked gunmen on Wednesday in Kafr Aqab, an Arab neighborhood in northern Jerusalem. A 15-year-old boy was killed by a stray bullet. Palestinian security forces began a crackdown overnight Tuesday in northern Jerusalem neighborhoods after masked gunmen hijacked the car of PA Minister Ibrahim al-Shaer.
