(Ha'aretz) Gili Cohen - An Israeli officer was seriously wounded Tuesday by an explosive device at the West Bank checkpoint of Hizme, north of Jerusalem. The officer had noticed a suspicious object and left his vehicle to investigate. After the blast, five other pipe bombs were found at the scene.
