The issue was raised during Israeli President Reuven Rivlin's visit to Moscow in March. Prior to his meeting with President Putin on Thursday, Prime Minister Netanyahu said: "I came here with one main goal - to strengthen the security coordination between us so as to avoid mishaps, misunderstandings and unnecessary confrontations."
