(Ynet News) DNA testing confirmed Sunday that Mehmet Ozturk, a Turkish national who had ties to the Islamic State, was the terrorist who committed the suicide bombing in Istanbul on Saturday, the Turkish news agency Dogan reported. Three Israelis and one Iranian national were killed and 36 wounded in the bombing.
