(ARA News-Kurdish Region) Ahmed Shiwesh - More than 200 militants have deserted the ranks of the Islamic State in Syria's Raqqa province over the past week, local sources reported on Monday. Most of the dissidents headed to Aleppo to join the ranks of Syrian rebel groups, according to an informed source.
