Report: Russia's Military Intelligence Chief Killed in Lebanon

(Jerusalem Post) Maayan Groisman - The head of Russia's military intelligence service, Col.-Gen. Igor Sergun, was killed in January during a secret mission in Beirut, the Lebanese newspaper al-Akhbar reported Thursday. The Kremlin announced the death of Sergun on Jan. 4, saying he died in Moscow after a heart attack.
