(Ha'aretz) Gili Cohen and Jack Khoury - An explosive device detonated near two Israel Defense Forces armored bulldozers on Monday in the Har Dov area along the border with Lebanon. There were no casualties. Hizbullah claimed credit for the explosion. The Israeli army responded with artillery fire.
