(Jerusalem Post) On Sunday night in Jerusalem, Amar Yasser Skapi, 21, from Beit Hanina, first tried to run over a child, then drove his car into a pedestrian, and then exited his vehicle brandishing a knife and stabbed a police officer before being killed by security forces.
