(Israel Democracy Institute) Tamar Hermann - The Israeli Democracy Index 2015 survey, conducted during April and May, found that 84.5% of Jews and 83.4% of Arabs in Israel reported that they are not interested in emigrating to a Western country even if offered citizenship in that country.
