(AP) Deb Riechmann - 369 members of the U.S. House of Representatives have signed a letter asking PA President Mahmoud Abbas not to incite violence, to continue security cooperation with Israel, and to agree to renew peace talks without conditions. The letter was released by House Foreign Affairs Committee chairman Rep. Ed Royce (R-Calif.) and Rep. Eliot Engel (D-NY), the top Democrat.
